sand preparation and distribution system to feed the core shooting
machines.There are also core painting facilites and five core drying
ovens to dry the cores after coating

7.Drying Oven & Core Montage
The Core
Assembly Seetion , is Equipped With 4 Drying Furnaces for Drying the
Point of Cores and All the Necessary Equipment for Fettling , Cleaning ,
Adhesion, Assembling and Final Control of Cores.
8.Shot blast & Fettling Plants
Fettling and Cleaning Section is Equipped with Monorail Shot Blast
Machine , Batch- Barrel Shat Blast Machine and of Line for Small
Parts , Which are Able to Clean Different Parts With Different Size
. In Addition Other Machine like Maniplators , Hand Tools and
Grinding Machines (Diskus) are Available.
